* Most carts will arrive within 2-3 days by ground delivery East of the Mississippi. The carts are shipped almost entirely assembled. Our express mail carriers charge based on the size of box rather than actual weight, which is < 20 lbs for our largest cart. Our express mail costs reflect the approximate cost of shipping to Zone 5. You will be notified if costs are more than this estimate.

All carts include walking version at no additional cost. Foot slings for non-walking version are also supplied at no additional charge.

Foam filled knobby tires, suitable for indoor and outdoor terrain, are standard on all carts. The tires are non-pneumatic so you will never get a flat!

Carts for pets > 101 lbs are usually non-refundable. Carts for an animal other than a cat or dog are automatically non-refundable. Four-wheeled carts are non-refundable

Return Policy: All carts may be tried for 10 days. If you are unsatisfied with your cart during the 10 day trial, please contact us to arrange a return. If the cart is returned clean and in "as new" condition, 65% of the cart cost (without shipping) is refundable. After 10 days, the cart is non-refundable unless you have been in contact with us trying to enhance your animals fit or the cart return is in transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All four-wheel carts or carts for pets other than dogs and cats are non-refundable.
