Terms of service
K-9 carts will make every effort to ship your cart within 7 business days and accessories within 2 working days. Orders will be processed in the order received without exception.
If you have questions relating to carts, accessories or nursing care please call our well qualified staff for help.
Trial Period
There is a 10 day trial period for the carts and accessories. If there is a need to return or exchange the item within the 10 day trial period, you must call to make arrangement for the return prior to returning the item.
Return Policy
A refund of 65%, [50% for amputees,] is made upon return provided the cart is returned in new condition within the trial period. Shipping is not refunded.
Non-Returnable Exceptions Carts made for any pet other than a dog or cat is automatically non-refundable, as well as,
- dogs over 100 pounds,
- 4-wheeled carts and
- specialty carts (such as front limb carts, etc).
K-9 Carts reserves the right to make any cart non-refundable and refuse service. If it is determined that a cart is non-refundable, Wunder Wheels will call before proceeding with the order.
Assembly
Carts are assembled to specific measurements for your animal. Therefore, we are unable to start production without first having the customer service policy signed and dated.
Accessories
All accessories can be returned or exchange for a refund, minus a restocking fee, provided they are returned in new condition within 10 days. Shipping is not refunded.
Shipping And Handling Billing And Policy
Your K-9 Cart is built custom to your pets measurements. Due to the various sizes and shapes of the boxes that we must use to ship your K-9 Cart, the shipping charges are an estimate.
We make every effort to keep our shipping charges chart up-to-date and accurate. When possible, if more than one item is purchased, we will make every effort to combine shipping and save you money on the shipping charges. We do not add to shipping charges for our own profit.
If actual shipping charges are more than shipping charges billed, we will inform you of this before we proceed.
